What a bulk brief should contain
Name the material and grade, the application, the point in your process where it is used, the parameters your quality process tests against, the packaging format you need and the destination emirate. A brief written this way can be assessed against real producers rather than answered with a generic price.
Evaluation, pilot and working quantities
The three are treated separately so offers stay comparable. There is no Al Mamlaka-imposed minimum order quantity for evaluation or pilot supply, though producer minimums, packaging formats, freight and commercial constraints may apply.
Documentation for a UAE compliance file
Composition or INCI documentation, safety data, origin information and batch-level records are the usual requests. We state what can be produced for the exact batch offered and identify any gap rather than assuming it exists.
Bulk supply, buyer questions
- Which materials can be supplied in bulk?
- Cosmetic argan oil, beldi black soap, ghassoul clay, prickly pear seed oil and Taliouine saffron are the materials we lead with. Additional Moroccan materials are requirement-led and assessed against a written brief.
- Do you hold stock in the UAE?
- No. Al Mamlaka is pre-launch and holds no UAE inventory. Producer minimums, lead times, freight and documentation are confirmed per project before anything is quoted.
- Can bulk materials and finished products be combined in one brief?
- Yes. Each route is quoted separately so the landed economics stay comparable.
- How are samples handled?
- Samples are drawn from the material that would be supplied, after a batch-linked dossier, not from a showcase lot.
